up as they are. Grounded in a strengths-based, trauma-informed, person-in-environment perspective, Nina understands that each person’s experiences are shaped by their relationships, environments, and life circumstances. She believes that behavior is communication and works to look beneath the surface to understand better what each client may be feeling, needing, or trying to express. Nina integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and play-based interventions, tailoring her approach to meet clients where they are. She is committed to walking alongside clients and families as they develop emotional awareness, healthy coping skills, and the confidence to move through life’s challenges.
