I am currently a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Master’s student at Winthrop University. Before this I studied psychology at the University of Alabama where I received my Bachelor of Science in 2024. I was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina with my two older brothers and a younger sister.
I apply my knowledge and skills to support individuals in need of mental health care. It is a priority of mine to create a welcoming and warm environment for all. I take a person-centered approach to therapy, while also drawing from other sources such as cognitive behavioral therapy and feminist therapy.
I am a huge animal lover (especially of my two cats Lil’ Man and Pebbles), enjoy playing video games, and spending whatever free time I can with my family members.
