Joe has a bachelors in Psychology from East Carolina University. He has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, ranging from an HR Analyst to corporate level HR Manager. He has worked with organizations ranging in sizes from 60 employees to 250,000 employees. Joe has a passion for creating healthy and productive work environments through educating and empowering employees. He believes every employee is important to the success of the organization.
He moved to the Charlotte, NC area early summer of 2025. Joe loves spending time with his family, their two dogs, and cat. He has a passion for learning, especially things in the realm of Science (physics). His hobbies included cooking, photography, music, martial arts, and astronomy. Joe can often be found outside late at night, searching the sky with his telescopes. He is also a certified Red Cross CPR and First Aid instructor.
