Jared Nodine is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in South Carolina. He earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and provides counseling to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Jared has experience in both school-based and outpatient settings, with clinical focus areas including anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns and PTSD, grief and loss, behavioral and emotional dysregulation in children, men’s issues, family and relationship stressors, and adjustment to separation or divorce.
Jared became a counselor to help people move through suffering with honesty, courage, and hope. He believes that meaning is one of the deepest motivations in human life, and that painful experiences such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relational wounds can leave people feeling disconnected from themselves, others, and the life they want to build. In counseling, Jared seeks to oƯer both clinical guidance and genuine human presence, helping clients make sense of their pain while taking practical steps toward healing and growth.
Jared takes an integrative, person-centered approach tailored to each client’s needs. His clinical work is grounded in existential and psychodynamic perspectives, and he also draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy-informed interventions, Internal Family Systems-informed work, cognitive and behavioral strategies, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based practices. Jared helps clients identify patterns that keep them stuck, build skills for emotional regulation and healthier relationships, and move toward values-driven action, while honoring each client’s unique story and deeper sense of purpose.
