I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) in South Carolina. I graduated from Winthrop University in May 2026 with a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have experience working with children in one-on-one settings, as I worked as a Registered Behavior Technician for 3 years before deciding to pursue my masters degree. I enjoy working with children, teens, and adults, treating issues such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss, self-esteem, and more. I take a Person-Centered approach to therapy, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Play Therapy into sessions, tailoring interventions to meet each client’s individual needs.
