Elizabeth is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of South Carolina. Elizabeth’s counseling experience is with adolescents, emerging adults, and middle age and older
adults. She integrates humanistic, strengths-based approaches informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and
Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Elizabeth works with each client to create a personalized plan that encourages them to grow and become the best version of
themselves.
Elizabeth holds a Master’s of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Winthrop University. She also holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in English and Disability
Studies from The Ohio State University, and a Master’s of Education in Early Childhood Education. Prior to beginning her counseling career, Elizabeth taught elementary and
middle school (Pre-K through 6) in the Charlotte region for 15 years.
