Cindy Said

LPCA

Cindy Said holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA). She provides outpatient counseling for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Her approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and developmentally informed, ensuring that each client feels safe and understood. Cindy’s therapeutic style integrates several evidence-based approaches to best serve everyone’s unique needs: Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Narrative Therapy.

A major focus is working with adults dealing with the profound grief of infertility, miscarriage, and the loss of a child. These are journeys that no one should have to walk alone. Cindy provides a comforting space to process these losses and find hope again. She also specializes in working with teenagers and adults, helping them build emotional regulation, strengthen their relationships, and navigate difficult life transitions. Additionally, Cindy has specialized training in child-centered play therapy, trauma-informed care, and caregiver coaching.

Cindy believes our faith deeply informs our compassion and worldview. She integrates faith sensitively, respecting exactly where each client is on their spiritual journey. Counseling is never heavy-handed; rather, it’s a supportive environment where your spiritual beliefs can be a source of strength and healing if you choose.
