Shania is a master’s level intern at Winthrop University, pursuing her Master of Social Work (MSW). She earned her Associate in Arts from Central Carolina Technical College prior to graduating high school, followed by a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Winthrop University and a certificate in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health. Previously, Shania was a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with over a year of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with diverse needs, fostering her interest in behavior, development, and family well-being.
Shania has served as an Alumni Mentor at Winthrop University, supporting and encouraging students throughout their college experience. Her background in psychology, behavioral health, ABA, and mentorship has strengthened her passion for advocacy, meaningful connections, and helping others reach their goals.
