She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Clemson University in 2021. She previously worked as an instructional assistant in a special education classroom for 3 years and has experience working with children ages 5-11 with various physical and neurodevelopmental disabilities. Mariana has always loved helping others and has always imagined herself being in a career where she can help individuals overcome various challenges in their life, especially when it comes to mental health. Making individuals feel heard and validated is extremely important to her. Mariana uses a person-centered and cognitive-behavior approach and will work with her clients to achieve their goals, find inner strength and achieve healing. She is ready to support her clients every step of the way as they overcome their mental health struggles.
In her free time, Mariana enjoys hanging out with her friends, family, and of course her two dogs, Penelope and Walter. She is a proud alumna of Clemson University and can always be seen cheering on the Tigers.
