Christine is passionate about each person having equal access to quality mental health care regardless of socio-economic status. Her therapeutic style is relational and person centered. Christine enjoys using a variety of techniques to help clients reach their standard of health and joy.
These techniques draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Somatic/ Mind Body connection techniques. In Christine’s spare time she enjoys writing, yoga, good coffee, dogs, and spending time with her husband, David. Christine is excited to be a part of the Thrive community and grow as a therapist.
